The Enemies Plan For You Will Not Succeed
God has made promises to those who are close to Him, to those who love Him. God promises His children that no matter what the enemy throws at them, no matter what the enemies plans might be for their life, it will never succeed against them. What a powerful and wonderful promise this is, because it shows us that God is fighting on our behalf. God is on our side and He will not allow for the enemy to be victorious over us. This also shows that we do have an adversary. This also shows that there is a war going on and we are caught in the middle of the fight. The enemy has evil plans which are aimed towards God's people. It is very critical for God's children to understand this reality.If you go through this walk naively believing that you have no enemies then you will be in for a rude awakening. The whole Bible is filled with examples of God's children having to undergo many trials and tribulation at the hands of the enemy. One prime example is found in the Old Testament, in the book of Joshua. We find that after the children of Israel were delivered from their bondage in Egypt, they were given instructions to go into the promised land and conquer their enemies there. After entering into the Promised Land we see a long history of constant warfare, of constant antagonism. It is made very clear that the enemy is a real adversary, a real foe. But the truth is also made clear that God is a warrior who will fight the enemy on our behalf. We can find this example also within the same account . Many times within Israel's history we find the Lord God who is also known as the LORD of Hosts, which is interpreted the Lord of the angelic armies of heaven. We find many examples of God engaging in warfare throughout Biblical history, intervening on His children's behalf. None of the enemy's plans or attacks were ever successful when God was in the picture, fighting for his people.
We must be aware of the spiritual warfare surrounding us, this warfare manifests itself somehow, in our day-to-day life. We must be courageous and take a stand, a stand of truth against a world of lies. We must be brave and be a bright shining light in a world filled with darkness. There is no need to be fearful of the enemy. The Lord has already made it very clear that he has defeated the enemy for us. The only thing we have to do is align ourselves with Him and the truth of His word. We must walk in victory, we must walk in faith.

This powerful statement is indicating that there are no other powers in the universe above God's power. God is the most powerful force and none other can ever compete or come close. If God is on your side and you have the most powerful force on your side then how can you be afraid? How can you go through life living in fear, never facing your fear? You must truly believe this, and go one step further and act on what you believe. Faith is action, you must demonstrate what you believe by what you do. So don't be afraid of life's challenges. Don't be afraid of doing what it is you have been called to do. Always remember that God is on your side and the enemy's plans will not succeed when God is fighting on your behalf.
