Have you ever been in a situation, will you ran into someone who was homeless? What did you do? Did you say hello? Did you look away and pretend you didn't see them? Well, I must admit I've been guilty of ignoring the homeless person standing next to me. There's something that happens when you turn the other way, when you turn a blind eye to someone who is in need. Yeah, I know you might not be able to solve all of their problems but the least we can do is treat them like human beings. A simple hello or even a smile can mean whole lot to them. So, the next time you see someone that may look homeless or down and out be sure to at least give a friendly smile or a friendly hello.
